Fancy Perlin
This plugin builds upon the fractal shader of Wire and adds lots of controle and effects.
Tones of parameters to customize the noise to your liking and Posterize, Edges and Emboss to make it look very fancy.
Three operation modes make this plugin very verse-tail, you can use it to displace a video or layer.
Or use Combine to blend the noise and the video together using there alpha channel of the video.
