StrobeMask
This plugin adds a stroboscopic effect to your clip, switching between you clip and a solid color or alpha.
Handy if you just want to strobe your layer, without the need of an extra layer. StrobeMask strobes as soon as you active the plugin. Timing can be changed with the interval slider. The fade option fades the strobe in.
