RGB Bloom

This plugin lets you blur the RGB channels independent.
Every channel has Blur,Contrast, Aspect Ratio and Render Resolution options.

With these parameters you can create blurs that look like Neon bloom, Lens Flaire and Chromatic Aberration.
The Render Resolution lets you select the size and speed at which the plugin is rendered.
